Shipping policy
Shipping Method
• All orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail from Florida.
• Orders are typically processed and shipped the same day or the following business day (Monday–Thursday). Orders placed Friday are shipped the same day or the following Monday. No shipments are made on weekends or federal holidays.
• An order is considered fulfilled once it has been accepted by the shipping carrier and tracking has been generated.
Delivery Estimates
• USPS Media Mail delivery is estimated at 3–8 business days from shipment.
• Delivery estimates begin once the item has been shipped, not when the order is placed.
• These are estimates only; delivery is not guaranteed. Golden Leaf Books is not responsible for delays, losses, or carrier issues once the item has been handed off to USPS.
• Golden Leaf Books is not responsible for carrier-marked deliveries confirmed as delivered.
• Every order includes tracking, and tracking numbers are automatically emailed to the customer.
Address Accuracy
• Buyers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information.
• Golden Leaf Books is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the buyer is responsible for any reshipping costs.
• Packages returned as unclaimed or undeliverable may be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.
Damaged or Lost Packages
• If an item arrives visibly damaged, the customer must retain all packaging materials and contact Golden Leaf Books promptly to assist with filing a claim.
• Customers must contact Golden Leaf Books to resolve shipping issues before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
FTC Compliance
• All orders are fulfilled within 30 days in accordance with the FTC Mail Order Rule.
• In the rare event of a delay beyond this period, customers will be notified and may choose to consent to the delay or request a full refund.
